Overview
 
To achieve success in this competitive business environment, organizations are emphasizing to have business analysis which is the set of tasks, knowledge, and techniques required to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems. This can lead businesses in the proper direction. The person who carries out this task is called a Business Analyst or BA.
 
This certification course will introduce the role and responsibilities of business analyst according to standard describe by International Institute of Business Analyst, and teach business analysis skills and modeling techniques that are needed in analyzing and developing system application. It incorporates problem-solving techniques, requirement analysis, and requirement gathering and analysis techniques.

  • Candidate will cover three aspects of Business Analyst course i.e. “Theoretical”, “Practical” and most important is the “Certificate exam preparation.
