Please read carefully before registration in our school, if you have any questions and concerns, please contact with our representatives. We follow and implement the policy. All requests for refunds will be based on original receipts. Details are as follows:
1. Full refund will be given before the second lesson. Lesson fee (by portion) and 15% of full course administration fee will be charged when students withdraw after the second lesson.
2. No refund will be granted to a student withdraws from a course after the half time of the full course.
3. No refund will be granted to a student who withdraws from a course after taking all the learning materials from instructors.
4. A student who is dismissed from the program due to personal reason should contact with school in time. No refund will be granted to a student who withdraws from any courses one year after enrollment date.
