Description：
CustomerThink is a web-based CRM application. It provides sales and service follow-up and customer management for auto dealership. CustomerThink allows sales people and business development managers have a clear view of customer status in the three key stages of sales development:
 
·            In prospect management phase, CustomerThink hunts down the opportunities. It provides the information required to identify the key opportunities in the sales and service cycle as they occur.
·            In activity management phase, CustomerThink tracks the progress of leads. It helps propel the daily work practices of sales people and service agents by automatically listing personal daily agendas.
·            In relationship management phase, CustomerThink follow-ups sold customers. It manufacturers low cost, one-to-one correspondence and targeted marketing promotions for both the mail and e-mail.
